We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT team at our Petaling Jaya branch. This is an entry-level role ideal for a fresh graduate eager to grow in a hands-on environment. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT matters, ensuring our internal teams can work smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide first-line IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, printers, and peripheral devices for new and existing employees.
• Support the installation and basic administration of business applications including Microsoft 365 and assist users with day-to-day operational queries.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access rights, including provisioning, modification, and deactivation across internal systems.
• Maintain and update the IT asset and inventory register, ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked and documented.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting basic network and infrastructure operations, escalating issues to the relevant team when required.
• Support the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of ancillary systems such as CCTV and door access control systems.
• Log, track, and follow up on IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or appropriately escalated within agreed timeframes.

ADDED ADVANTAGE
✓ Familiarity or exposure to enterprise business systems such as CRM, ERP, or PMIS platforms.
✓ Basic experience with Microsoft 365 administration (user management, SharePoint, Teams).
✓ Prior exposure to physical security systems such as CCTV or door access control management.
✓ Any relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a bonus, not a requirement.
Requirements• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior working experience required.
• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and basic networking concepts.
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with non-technical users.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Petaling Jaya area. Fully on-site role.
