| Primary Responsibilities |
| Procurement Strategy & Planning: |
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key raw materials (solar cells, glass, EVA, Backsheet, junction boxes, etc.).
- Forecast material requirements in coordination with production and planning teams.

| Vendor Management: |
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers (domestic & international).
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

| Cost Optimisation & Negotiation: |
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
|
| Compliance & Documentation: |
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs duties, and relevant certifications.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and performance reports.

| Cross-functional Coordination |
- Work closely with production, planning, finance, and QA/QC departments to align procurement goals.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and BOM (Bill of Materials) updates as needed.
