Job Title: Solar PV Channel Manager (m/f/d)
Job Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Main Responsibilities:
Establish and develop relationships with the channel partner Photomate, primarily with operations managers (responsible for PSI and incentives), procurement managers (responsible for SI and ST), and marketing managers (responsible for marketing activities, including JMF/MDF management).
Enable channel partners to continuously improve their operational capabilities.
Maintain market order and support the healthy development of channel business.
Define channel objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets, in collaboration with the Regional Digital Power Department and representative offices covered by Photomate.
Collaborate with the offering and channel marketing teams to provide tools and support to Photomate.
Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance, assess execution of action plans, and evaluate market dynamics.
Develop and maintain channel agreements.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the channel market.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of channel business models and sales channel management.
Strong technical knowledge combined with a proactive and dynamic sales approach.
Good knowledge of PV solutions (e.g., panels, inverters, grid networks) is preferred.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Relevant experience in channel management or a related field.
Excellent command of English (professional/negotiation level); proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
Results-oriented, with strong motivation for market development.
