Partners Group is building a sustainability strategy that is practical, measurable, and embedded across our corporate platform and investment activities. As Global Sustainability Team Head, you will shape the firm’s global sustainability agenda, translating ambition into governance, data, and action across teams, funds, and portfolio companies. You will strengthen how we deliver on ESG commitments and reporting to support long-term value creation and responsible stewardship.

- Lead and develop the Sustainability team setting a high-quality delivery standard and fostering strong engagement across the global firm.
- Enhance and further develop sustainability policies and implement controls to meet corporate, product, client, and regulatory commitments.
- Monitor progress against Partners Group corporate commitments and the sustainability commitments of investments, aligned with regulatory, fund, and client expectations.
- Establish oversight and governance routines (goals, KPIs, end-to-end reviews) with key stakeholders to drive decisions, actions, and risk mitigation.
- Build sustainability data architecture and governance routines (define required data elements, track progress, provide insights) and enable timely reporting for the Sustainability Report, corporate reporting, fund reporting, and client needs.
- Support the client teams and collaborate with investment teams and portfolio companies to respond to ESG requests, educate stakeholders, and drive actions to meet commitments.
What we expect
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including financial markets exposure and leading ESG/sustainability in a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of ESG topics and regulatory/industry initiatives, with demonstrated ability to navigate evolving requirements and client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and engage teams across multiple locations and cultures.
