Job Description Summary
GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of their Digital Project Delivery product — a key part of their strategy to make the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor the most cost-competitive SMR in the world. In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle, from defining customer needs and building roadmaps to launching and managing the product, while collaborating across engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of nuclear energy and digital innovation, where you'll drive measurable results including reduced project costs, improved cost certainty, and faster time to commercial operation.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Design and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs, including financial analysis, budgeting, and resource planning
Drive product commercialization, launch, promotion, and deployment in coordination with marketing, sales, and regional teams
Monitor and communicate program performance against key metrics, including market share, profit margins, and return on investment
Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure successful product delivery

The preferred work location for this role is at the GVH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but qualified remote candidates in the United States will be considered.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,000.00 and $173,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
