What impact you’ll make
As a Senior Services Commercial Leader in the EMEA Services Commercial team, you will be an active contributor to leading complex service contract negotiations and driving the development of technical and commercial offerings aligned with GE’s and customers’ KPIs, while supporting the achievement of financial and transactional targets for EMEA and strengthening the execution of risk management and commercial excellence initiatives (Cost Model, R Review, RAMP and DOA).
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Ensure compliance with GE commercial risk process (R-process) by providing technical, profitability and commercial inputs at R-table meetings.
- Lead negotiation of terms and conditions for TX Service contracts with customers.
- Develop and draft contract templates for new products in collaboration with Services Product Line, Risk, Sales and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of proposals to ensure they are fast, lean, competitive and aligned with market needs.
- Mobilize and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product Line, Project Management) to execute transaction strategy.
- Coordinate with internal functions to ensure full organizational alignment during the sale of service contracts, supporting Renewables financial goals.
- Participate in ITO quality initiatives to improve process rigor, simplification, NPS and overall performance, supporting Orders, Sales and Margin targets.
- Support business planning and forecasting activities and contribute to development of new product introductions.
- Manage deals effectively by understanding customer outcomes and economics, influencing stakeholders, applying strong GE business acumen, and ensuring proper use of Salesforce and risk processes.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Experience in Sales, Commercial, Customer Service or equivalent customer-facing roles within the wind or broader energy industry.
- Proven experience in proposal development, customer specification review, contract negotiations and issue resolution.
- Strong commercial finance skills, including the ability to build and analyse proformas to demonstrate project investment returns.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and attend internal training as required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams at all levels.
- Demonstrated sales leadership, commercial operations and process improvement experience within a matrix environment, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Fluent in Spanish or German is a plus.
