<\/div>Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project
plan, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create a project schedule, allocate resources, and establish budgets.
<\/li>Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with
relevant stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, suppliers, and
regulatory bodies. Maintain effective communication channels throughout
the project.
<\/li>Team Management: Lead and manage the project team,
including site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks,
monitor progress, and ensure coordination among team members.
<\/li>Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of
project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards,
and safety protocols. Coordinate with different departments to ensure
smooth project implementation.
<\/li>Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project
expenditures, track costs, and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Identify cost -saving opportunities and implement effective cost control
measures.
<\/li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop
mitigation strategies. Regularly assess project risks and take necessary
actions to minimize their impact on project delivery.
<\/li>Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project activities
meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and
audits to verify compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
<\/li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate
project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and
change orders. Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and
senior management. <\/span>Also, Maintain
accurate documentation related to site activities, including site reports,
installation records, as -built drawings, and equipment manuals.
<\/li>Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety
protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety
meetings and inspections to prevent accidents or hazards.
<\/li>Site Assessment: Conduct site visits and assess the
feasibility of solar PV installations. Evaluate factors such as site
conditions, solar resource availability, and potential shading issues.
<\/li>Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to
review and provide technical input on solar PV system layouts, electrical
designs, and equipment selection.
<\/li>Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation
and commissioning of solar PV systems. Ensure compliance with design
specifications, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
<\/li>Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections during
various stages of installation to ensure proper workmanship, adherence to
standards, and compliance with electrical codes.
<\/li>Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical
issues or challenges encountered during the installation process.
Coordinate with the project team to implement corrective actions.
<\/li>Testing and Commissioning: Perform electrical
testing, system performance evaluations, and commissioning procedures to
ensure proper functioning of the solar PV system.
<\/li>Excellent self -leadership and interpersonal
communication skills.
<\/li>Ability to quickly adapt to change and demonstrate
flexibility to a variety of schedules to meet business needs.

Requirements<\/h3>
BSc, degree in Electrical
or a related discipline.
<\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3+ years’ experience in Solar
PV/Industrial projects
<\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Preferred qualifications
include being a SEC Certified Installer or Designer.
<\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A Project Management
Professional (PMP)® certificate is highly desirable for this position.
<\/li>Have experience of PV
Systems performance analysis, Monitoring Systems, and the performance
guarantees, performance parameters.
<\/li>Strong technical background.
<\/li>Professional at understanding
PV Systems reports (PVsyst, Helioscope, and STAAD Pro)
<\/li>Ability to do project
management planning, and budgeting.
<\/li>Ability to use Project
management software (Primavera, and MS project)
<\/li>Have an experience in
construction, operation, and Monitoring of PV plant.
<\/li>Understanding of
contractual terms.
<\/li>Strong knowledge of Safety
and Risk assessment.
<\/li>Fluency in English
required.
