We are seeking an experiencedSustainability Analystbased in Southeast Asia to support global sustainability accounting,packaging compliance, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. This role requires strong analytical capability, deep organizational skills, confident communication with suppliers, andhandsonexperiencemanaging sustainability data across geographies.
The ideal candidate is experienced in global EPR, sustainability operations and carbon accounting, and ready to support evolving reporting data and accounting needs —including preparation for mechanisms like the EU’s emerging Digital Product Passport (DPP).
1. Global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Compliance
Manage EPR registrations, submissions, renewals, and ensuretimelycompliance across multiplejurisdictions.
2. Sustainability Operations & Accounting
Track andmaintainsustainability metrics including packaging footprints,emissionsrelateddata, recycled content, and material throughput.
Support sustainability accounting related to packaging fees, EPR obligations, carbon reporting inputs, and materials flow.
3. Data Systems, Dashboards & Reporting
Develop,maintain, andoptimizePower BI dashboardsfor EPR, packaging, and sustainability KPIs.
4. Packaging Data & Materials Expertise
Support teams in understanding packaging material sustainability (e.g., recyclability, composition, additives,multimaterialstructures).
5. Supplier Engagement & Capability Building
6. Regulatory Readiness (Including Digital Product Passport)
Monitor global regulatory trends, especially packaging waste rules, EPR expansions, and digital traceability requirements.Partner closely with internal Product Safety & Compliance and Legal Compliance teams.
