- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, building science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, or related field.
- Master’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, building science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, or related field may substitute for one year experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation, with sufficient knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
- Professional experience in preparing, implementing or reviewing plans and technical specifications, coordinating and communicating with construction material manufacturers and suppliers, and document control.
- Experience advancing initiatives from development through implementation and completion.
- Demonstrates an interest in advancing sustainability and resiliency within the built environment.
- Competent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical writing proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Envision, Well-Building or LEED certification is a plus.
- Engineer-in-Training certificate or proof of passing the FE, or Professional Engineering license in NY is a plus.

Compensation range: Min: $80,000 - Max: $95,000/yr
The range provided is the salary that the firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
