What will you do?
As a Sustainability Operations & Control Coordinator, you ensure our sustainability processes are accurate, complete, and executed on time. You are responsible for the operational execution and control within our Sustainability Management System.
Your responsibilities include:
Collecting and processing sustainability documentation in our ERP system.
Reviewing data and executing corrections in coordination with Operations and Trade.
Initiating counterparty due diligence checks and registering outcomes in the tracking system.
Collecting and monitoring KYC/KYP documentation and ensuring file completeness.
Monitoring certification validity periods and maintaining certification registers.
Supporting supplier audit coordination and tracking corrective actions.
Supporting internal audits and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.
Preparing and validating data inputs for dashboards and reports (e.g., with Excel or Power BI).
You work according to structured procedures, identify deviations or risks in time, and escalate when needed to colleagues within Assurance, Compliance, Data, or Strategy.
