Introduction

We are seeking a Change Management Lead with experience in Oracle ERP environments to drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and organisational readiness for a large-scale enterprise project. This role is critical in ensuring successful transition and adoption of new systems and processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels
Support business readiness and user adoption initiatives
Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks
Develop training and communication materials in collaboration with project teams
Monitor and report on adoption metrics and change effectiveness
Work closely with project managers and functional teams to ensure smooth implementation

Desired Experience & Qualification

Key Requirements

Mandatory: Experience working on Oracle ERP projects
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or user adoption initiatives
Proven experience driving organisational change within ERP or enterprise system implementations
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams
