Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Operate and monitor stringer machines for solar cell tabbing and stringing
<\/li>Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells
<\/li>Perform basic machine setup and parameter adjustments
<\/li>Conduct routine checks to maintain product quality
<\/li>Identify and report defects or machine issues
<\/li>Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
<\/li>1–3 years of experience in solar manufacturing or similar production environment
<\/li>Basic understanding of solar cell handling and stringing process
<\/li>Attention to detail and quality -focused approach
<\/li>Ability to work in shifts
