Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for electrical engineers/technicians, fostering professional growth and efficient team dynamics.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects (new installs, upgrades), managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency responses, and system performance monitoring for electrical machinery and infrastructure.
- Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict safety standards, ensuring adherence to all electrical codes (like NEC) and regulations (OSHA) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance, review designs, conduct quality control, and stay updated on emerging electrical technologies and industry best practices.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, allocate resources, and oversee vendor/contractor relationships.
