• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
the Asset teams to prepare the annual Greenhouse Gas and Energy Management
Plans – GHGEMP<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Focal
person to support project teams to quantify the GHG emissions forecasts for
different projects and provide a qualitative statement on the outcome<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
the asset teams to conduct LOD 1 audits quarterly and internal cross asset LOD2
audits annually<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
the independent GHG data verification audit and other external audits and
coordinate the report out of the audit findings and gap closure actions<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide
discipline support on GHG and CO2 management to Assets and Projects<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
implementation of key emissions reduction strategies including operational
efficiency with the asset teams on flare emission reduction, energy
efficiency/utilization and support the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialization
Program (NGFCP) for assets without AG Solution<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Actively
support the annual GHG business planning including the GHG forecast and GHG
abatement<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct
monthly review of GHG related data with the production operations supervisors
and the HCA team to embed the need for quality GHG data<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Be
the GHG/CO2 data review focal point with the Regulatory and Governance and
Systems team<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
Information Technology initiatives to improve GHG data management processes and
procedures for reporting and record storage<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track
availability and functionality of GHG critical meters and share the report<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
all local and global methane emissions measurement and reporting standards<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track
the execution and reporting of asset’s Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR)
maintenance plans in SAP and prepare for verification in line with NUPRC’s
methane guideline<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>Carry
out periodic field visit and assessment of GHG strategies implementation<\/span>
<\/p>
Job Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>A
bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related scientific
discipline from a reputable institution<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>5+
years of proven experience in the Exploration and Production (EP) industry<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>A
proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools especially Microsoft Excel<\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span>A
good knowledge of Power BI<\/span>
<\/p>
