Job Description

Support execution and project management efforts on client’s sustainability disclosure projects, including market research, strategy formation, and content creation.
Draft, edit, and format a variety of materials based on comprehensive research and analysis (e.g. sustainability reports and ESG disclosures, climate commitments, quantitative scoring / data models, etc.).
Support the development and production of client proposals and practice marketing materials.
Assist Business Development team to explore the sustainability disclosure market in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery.
Assist in mentoring, training, and integrating new teammates and interns.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and asks the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsibly

Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with majors in Environmental Studies, Social and Political Science, Communication, Translation, or other equivalent disciplines.
Proficiency in written English and written Chinese.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sizable company.
Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high accuracy.
Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and a good team player in a fast pace environment.
Demonstrable knowledge in carbon accounting or sustainability disclosure frameworks (HKEx ESG Reporting Guide, SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP) preferred.
