What You�ll Do
� Lead and supervise environmental field crews on remediation, spill response, and industrial cleaning projects
� Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
� Coordinate daily job tasks, crew assignments, and equipment usage
� Operate and oversee equipment such as vacuum trucks, hydroblasters, and pumps
� Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and enforce PPE requirements
� Train crew members on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation
� Complete and maintain required documentation (logs, manifests, reports)
� Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
� Monitor productivity and adjust workflows to meet project deadlines

What We�re Looking For
� 3+ years of experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, or remediation
� Prior experience leading crews or serving in a foreman/lead role
� Strong understanding of safety regulations and field operations
� Ability to operate or learn specialized environmental equipment
� Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
� Willingness to travel and work in physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications
� OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (current)
� CDL (Commercial Driver�s License)
� Confined Space Entry certification
� Experience in railroad, industrial, or heavy civil environments

� Outdoor, field-based work in varying weather and industrial conditions
� Frequent travel and occasional extended hours
