ProSolar is seeking motivated and ethical Sales Consultant Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will educate homeowners on solar energy solutions and guide them through the transition to clean, renewable energy.
This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential for individuals who are disciplined, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Salary: $25,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
Commission:
7% on company-generated sales
14% on self-generated and referral sales
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $250,000+ annually ( top performers can exceed this)
Unlimited upside: Your income is directly tied to performance; motivated, disciplined consultants can earn well above OTE
What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with homeowners

Educate customers on solar energy benefits and financing options

Prepare proposals and present customized solar solutions

Close residential solar sales

Maintain accurate records in the company CRM

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Comfortable meeting customers in their homes

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Smartphone for business communication

Work Environment
This is a field-based role requiring travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and attend appointments.
