Serves as a lead technical and program resource for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of licensed and non-licensed operations training programs for BWRX-300 technologies. Provides functional leadership across assigned programs, applies the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), and ensures training products and delivery meet business, customer, and regulatory expectations. Acts as a key interface with internal stakeholders, customers, and regulatory organizations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Initial Certification/License Training Programs for BWR, ABWR, and BWRX-300 technologies using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and industry best practices.
- Provide quality oversight and maintenance of Operations Training KSA Analyses/Catalogues, Job and Task Analyses, Task-to-Training Matrices, curriculum structures, evaluation strategies, training schedules, training materials, and evaluation instruments.
- Lead and support the development of Continuing Training Programs for both licensed and non-licensed operators.
- Provide instructional quality oversight for curriculum and materials supporting licensed and non-licensed training programs for BWR, ABWR, BWRX-300, and similar technologies.
- Represent GEH training in internal, customer, and regulatory venues, serving as a credible technical resource for assigned programs.
- Provide functional leadership for assigned training programs and work collaboratively with operations training instructors and personnel to support effective program management and delivery.
- Lead and support training program reviews to evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps, establish priorities, and drive continuous improvement plans.
- Develop, support, and track corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement and strengthen program performance.
- Partner with other training and business units to support Fleet Services initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
- Perform special assignments and other related activities as assigned by Training leadership.

Eligibility Requirements
- The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters in Wilmington, NC; but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered. (With potential for relocation being required at a future date).
- Willing and able to travel to other GE sites and customer sites (domestic and international) as necessary to support training initiatives (initially 25% but could be as high as 75% once program fully launched.

The base pay range for this position is $123,700.00 - 206,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
