We areseekingfor an enthusiastic candidate to join our team working on energy transition aspects within the Sustainability Transformation (Climate and Energy) practice of PwC, India.
The team works primarily with leading private playersoperatingin or transitioning to renewable space (IPPs, PSUs, RE Platforms, Large Industries, Manufacturers, RE asset managementcompaniesetc.)
The candidate is expected to solve important problems of these corporates in the cleantech space and should be familiar with / have relevant experience of working in any of the technologies below (incl. OEMs):
Any implementation and/or operational improvement experience on any of the above technologies will be valued.
This position is for a full-time role as a manager, based out ofMumbaiand involves working from office.The candidate shall be willing to travel and be open to working from client locations, if needed.
Project management Ensure seamless completion of internal evaluation (Risk and Quality) for new and ongoing projects
Develop a structured implementation plan fortimelycompletion of the projects
Ensure the projects are executed as per plan
Maintain internal KPIs on projects (e.g.margins, expenses,invoiceand payment management)
Team management & compliances Lead and manage the project team, provide guidance and support to ensure outcome within defined timelines
Plan for capacity building for the team and proactively contribute to knowledge management activities
Delegate tasks effectively to provide opportunities and coaching to the team members
Ensure that all required internal compliances are effectively managed through a team.
Business development Identify and develop new business opportunities
Aid in conversion of opportunities through conversations,presentationsand proposals
Client relationship management Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term associations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and aid/facilitatecross-sell
Good communicationand interpersonal skills
Good presentation capabilities and report writing skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Work experience5-10 years of industry and/or consulting experience
Min 3 yrs of consulting experience with be desirable
Graduate (preferably Engineering) with MBA from tier-1 B school is preferred.
