Join Our Team as a Team Leader Cleaner!
We are currently seeking a Team Leader Cleaner for Tsawwassen Mills Shopping Mall in Delta, BC. This is a full-time position where you will work alongside a team of three cleaners while also supervising and coordinating their daily tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Clean residential and commercial areas within the property

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming

Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

Respond promptly to spills, broken glass, and other cleaning needs

Coordinate and assign duties to a team of three cleaners

Ensure washrooms and common areas are sanitary and well-maintained

Order cleaning supplies as needed

Support and manage the cleaning team to maintain high standards
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is an asset

Strong communication skills and reliability

Excellent time management skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
