Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of utility scale solar projects, from conception to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead a team of project managers, project engineers, and civil superintendents, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, resolve any on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Prepare and present project updates, budgets, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing utility-scale solar projects, preferably within the EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction methodologies, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, including environmental and safety guidelines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
