Environmental Health & Safety Analyst:
Contribute to the identification, analysis, and mitigation of safety, health, and environmental risks by supporting EHS programs, initiatives, and action plans aimed at preventing accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental impacts. The role works in close coordination with the local EHS Leader and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of EHS. practices within the organization.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Support accident and incident prevention initiatives, including the monitoring and reporting of accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Participate in and support risk identification and analysis associated with operations, equipment installation activities, and workplace conditions.
- Follow up on findings, corrective actions, and unsafe conditions identified in the field.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to safety talks, inspections, and preventive activities.
- Conduct safety walkthroughs and verifications in the field to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and improvement opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Perform routine field safety inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to verify compliance with EHS standards, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions as assigned.
- Participate in internal audits and contractor audits (planning, field execution, and follow-up of findings) in coordination with the local EHS Leader.
- Provide on-site EHS oversight during field projects (permits to work, LOTO verification, PPE, housekeeping, safe behaviors) under the guidance of the local EHS Leader.
- Support the contractor management process (under the established procedures), including selection, approval, monitoring, and compliance with EHS requirements.
- Participate in contractor meetings, inductions and EHS training sessions.
- Support the preparation of periodic status reports on approved contractors and contractor-related KPIs.
- Support the design, development, and dissemination of EHS communication materials and accident prevention campaigns.
- Participate in the development and execution of health, safety, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Support emergency brigades and related safety and hygiene activities.
- Participate in induction and EHS training programs for new hires and contractors.
- Support the inventory, control, distribution, and requisition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
- Assist with logistics related to PPE delivery to local and remote personnel.
- Support compliance with applicable local legal and regulatory EHS requirements, including coordination and follow-up of EHS-related customer requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and support EHS reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of recognition programs related to safety performance.
- Support logistics and coordination for the final disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental requirements.
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in EHS, occupational safety, or related technical roles.
- Basic to intermediate level of English, with the ability to understand EHS procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Additional training or certifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related areas.
- Experience supporting contractor management, field activities, inspections, audits, and EHS programs.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

- Basic knowledge and understanding of local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of EHS principles related to accident prevention, risk identification, and safe work practices.
- Experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of EHS procedures, standards, and policies, under established guidance and procedures.
- Knowledge of emergency response processes, including emergency brigades and basic incident response protocols.
- Proficiency in digital tools for EHS data management, reporting, and follow-up, including spreadsheets and collaborative platforms such as Smartsheet.
