- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures
- Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to prevent reoccurrence
- Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on QHSE matters as needed
