The Reverse Performance Logistics Analyst leverages operational excellence performance for reverse logistics across Brazil's delivery stations (DS & EDSPs).
The Transportation Team is looking for a passionate Reverse logistics performance Analyst.
This role requires an ambitious individual. You’ll represent a instrumental function within our wider Amazon Transportation Operations, as we work to leverage the performance of Reverse Operation and control the Network Losses metrics, using current mechanisms.
Key job responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
• Drive reverse logistics performance and NL metrics to meet or exceed operational targets
• Analyze and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
• Monitor compliance with Reverse and NL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all facilities
• Implement data-driven process improvements aligned with business growth objectives
A day in the life
• Review daily return metrics and facility performance on reverse logistics and NL activities.
• Coordinate with facility managers to resolve operational issues
• Update tracking dashboards and create action plans for performance gaps
• Conduct process audits to ensure SOP compliance
• Analyze return trends and provide recommendations for process optimization
• Develop mid-term operational plans aligned with business priorities and needs.

The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations (STRO) team is a newly established division within Amazon's Transportation organization in Brazil .
Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives that are disperse within other team while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or at the last year of the college course
- Intermediate English
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
- Experience working cross functionally with transports operations teams
