Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, providing customer support and/or directing to appropriate team members.
- Respond to and resolve internal sales and purchasing questions.
- Assist with daily customer communications including shared inbox management.
- Responsible for maintaining, updating and distributing pricing updates.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and communication.
- Order and maintain office, marketing, and operational supplies (including SWAG and event materials).
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing department and other departments as needed.
- Provide backup support to scale house.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
- Some college or business coursework is a plus
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other online systems (CRM experience a plus)

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and some Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. *Saturdays are rotated throughout the team and will be less than once per month.
