We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field execution of solar projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for managing subcontractors, driving schedule execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on solar construction sites
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
- Drive project schedule execution and ensure milestones are met
- Monitor and enforce site safety (OSHA) and quality standards
- Conduct site walks, inspections, and issue resolution
- Manage daily and weekly reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction supervision experience
- 1+ year solar (PV) experience
- OSHA 30 required
- NEC knowledge required
- Willingness to travel 100%
