Summary
These positions are located atCape Cod National Seashore. The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period for Cape Cod National Seashore is May-November, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: May/June 2026
Major Duties
Supervises field staff collecting recreational entrance fees ensuring established policies and procedures are followed. Resolves complaints and grievances while counseling employees to mitigate conduct and performance issues. Reconciles, remits, and deposits daily shift reports and donations using established policies, procedures and software. Serves as a front-line representative of the park managing a high volume of personal contacts while maintaining professionalism and politeness. Communicates tactfully in person, and/or over the phone/email, providing information to the public, staff, and other organizations.
