Summary
This position located in Cape Cod National Seashore, in the Management Division.
Major Duties
Serves as the park's subject-matter-expert in all lands program matters including easements, retentions and life estates, utility and road rights-of-way and boundary issues Manages all day-to-day operations associated with the Land Acquisition program for the park Researches and develops plans for resolving a variety of land management issues such as encumbrances on acquired lands such as easements, pipelines and other utilities Builds relationships with and coordinates land protection goals with the numerous state, local, federal and non-profit partners Serves as the principal point of contact for the park by utility companies, municipalities and others who have infrastructure on NPS lands
