The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure contractor compliance with KSA Environmental Law, Client standards, Client City Framework Plans, and sustainability certifications (LEED/Mostadam).
- Review and approve CESMP C, SMP, environmental and sustainability reports, and material submittals.
- Conduct and document audits, inspections, monitoring, and spot checks (air quality, noise,
- Track and close out environmental and sustainability non compliances, incidents, and follow up actions.
- Deliver training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Attend contractor progress meetings and support regulatory and certification inspections (NCEC, QIC ESG, third party assessors).
You’ll need to have:
- Degree in an environmental discipline with 5+ years of experience.
- Must have proven sustainability certification experience, including a key role on at least two LEED certified projects.
- Alternatively, degree in sustainability or an engineering discipline with membership in IEMA or ISEP.
- Demonstrated experience in environmental management alongside sustainability certification experience.
