The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing policies, standards and delivery programmes across the Group.
- Ensure projects and programmes are delivered to planned timeframes and budgets, supporting operational business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and HSW functions to enable effective support for clients across all geographies.
- Analyse data from surveys, audits and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met to quality, time and budget.
- Embed sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, contributing to Mace’s net zero transition goals.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience of International and Middle East, Large scale projects.
- Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) or equivalent demonstrable development.
- Extensive experience delivering health and wellbeing programmes with strong commercial and stakeholder management expertise.
- Proven leadership in managing diverse teams, influencing senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and integration of wellbeing with inclusion and safety practices.
