Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (on call availability required)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The HSE Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function by performing secretarial and administrative duties, including complex and confidential assignments. Responsible for managing and supporting multiple EHS software platforms. Provide support to HSE staff, including duties such as filing, data input, and reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may")
- Responsible for managing and supporting the EHS software KPA Flex Safety Management System for all business units.
- Responsible for managing and supporting third-party procurement websites, ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, DISA, and TPS Alert Contractor Management Platform for all business units.
- Assist in developing HSE procedures, compliance programs, and training media to reduce and eliminate risks. Coordinates and facilitates training for new compliance systems.
- Provides an efficient and effective administrative support service for the HSE department.
- Maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration documentation. OSHA 300 logs.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all EHS software systems. Ensuring all EHS information systems are accurate and updated.
- Assist in creating and maintaining HSE alerts for HSE Compliance Systems, Permit to Work, General Safety, Incident-related, machine, fall protection, and forklift safety, etc.
- Collects and analyzes routine EHS data for departmental needs and special projects. Provides system reports for monthly and quarterly HSE statistics for all business units.
- Provide management and assistance with workflow creation, analysis, and redesign so that EHS systems functionality is optimized.
- Assist in Incident investigation to identify Root Causes through company's (RCA) root cause analysis programs.
- Utilize the internal (KPA) system to track and trend leading and lagging indicators.
- Collaborates on the implementation of new software installations, upgrades, and integration.
- Assist with the management and compliance of the company’s drug and alcohol program and random screening process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing, including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Daily overtime required and in-person, predictable attendance in The Woodlands, TX.
- Proficiency in the spoken English language.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including a 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science preferred. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- 1-3 years of related safety experience.
- Working knowledge of computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft platforms.

- Excellent ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and be receptive to new instructions.
- Ability to quickly learn and become knowledgeable and compliant with digital platforms, including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company-mandated systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on the demand of requirements or workload.
- Possess a fundamental mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with close attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills conveyed pleasantly and professionally when interacting with employees, management, and customers.

The HSE Systems Administrator works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at a computer monitor. The HSE Systems Administrator will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in-person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected while inside. While in the office, they may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the HSE Systems Administrator should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
When required to go to a wellsite, the work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB, and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions, employees are required to wear company-mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. The HSE Systems Administrator will need to remain fit for duty.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on job demands.
