Remove and Replace Solar is hiring an Assistant Solar Services Coordinator - Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based operations. This is a structured, process-driven role focused on maintaining accurate project data, supporting permitting workflows, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within defined systems and processes.
Schedule
This is a full-time remote position:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Candidates must be able to consistently work U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in CRM systems

Track project milestones, permits, and inspections

Prepare and organize documentation using provided templates

Monitor project progress and identify missing information

Coordinate internally with team members to keep projects moving

Ensure all files, notes, and records are complete and organized
Qualifications

2+ years in administrative, coordination, or operations support

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs

Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office

Strong written and verbal English communication
Preferred (not required):

Experience in solar, construction, or permitting workflows

Familiarity with Housecall Pro, or similar CRM systems

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant
