What You’ll Do
This is a door-to-door solar sales role.
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and connect directly with homeowners
• Educate homeowners on how solar reduces energy costs and adds long-term home value
• Generate interest and set qualified appointments for solar consultations
• Build rapport and trust through face-to-face conversations
• Represent Solar Pros with professionalism, confidence, and energy in the field
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners door-to-door
• No experience required. Full training provided
• Previous sales, canvassing, or solar experience is a plus
