Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Greek via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to renewable energy products and services
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Educate clients about renewable energy options and benefits
- Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of renewable energy topics
Requirements - Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the renewable energy or environmental sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
