A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
The mandate of the Senior Advisor, Communications – Social Impact and Sustainable Developmentis to build and implement a strategy for all communications related to this pillar:
- Define and support Intelcom's internal and external communication strategy | Dragonfly on CSR and ESG topics.
- Build a clear strategic communication framework for this pillar, and ensure its adoption across the company.
- Develop the corporate narrative surrounding CSR and ESG initiatives, as well as philanthropic partnerships.
- Plan and produce our first annual ESG report by collaborating with the various internal stakeholders.
- Manage all communication activities related to this pillar, including donation and sponsorship requests, partnerships, campaign activation, content creation, key messages and internal and external tools.
- Identifying and developing key partnerships – internal and external – to amplify the impact and promote Intelcom | Dragonfly with its different audiences.
- Collaborate closely on global communication projects, in alignment with the company's corporate strategy and priorities.
Skills & profile sought
- Education: Communications, marketing, public relations or public affairs.
- Experience: 7-10 years in the fields of sustainability, ESG or CSR, partnership management, donations and sponsorships, philanthropy.
- Excellent writing skills (FR/EN).
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong ability to work in a changing environment.
- Influential leadership, ability to build bridges between multiple functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
