Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Degree in environmental science, health and safety, or another related field
- 5-10 years’ experience in an industrial setting
- 5+ years in EHS experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSP, ASP, or other certification
- CPR and first aid
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
- Able to communicate with all levels of employees, from upper management to hourly employees
- Responsible for driving a consistent message throughout the organization
- Ability to do the right thing when no one is looking and strength to stand up when situations arise that put people or the environment at risk
- Drives continuous improvement, knowing that even small improvements contribute to the success of the organization
Work Environment
This position operates in the office and in the plant. All aspects of the operation will be part of the EHS manager’s job function. This will take the employee from the office to all areas of the plant, storage areas, maintenance areas, and exterior of the building.

The employee will be subject to heat and to cold temperatures.
