Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on QA Technician to join a busy food manufacturing site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and monitoring food safety, quality systems, and product quality, ensuring we meet internal, customer, and third-party standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out verification, monitoring, and testing of production processes and products (shelf-life, microbiological, chemical, organoleptic).

Champion food safety and quality culture on site, working closely with production to prevent issues and reduce customer complaints.

Ensure traceability, accurate records, and compliance with GMP and GLP standards.

Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.

Support equipment verification, calibration, and production record filing.
Requirements:

Level 3 Food Hygiene or equivalent, HACCP qualified.

Experience in food manufacturing QA, auditing, or laboratory testing.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
