We are looking for a People Business Partner to support the business in driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and talent excellence.
This role focuses on strategic PEOPLE partnering, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while ensuring a high-quality, consistent, employee experience.
The role works closely with senior stakeholders, People teams, and business managers, contributing to business performance through people decisions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, and people-related decision making
Support leaders in managing employee lifecycle topics (onboarding, development, engagement, exits) in line with company values and policies
Drive and support change initiatives, ensuring people impacts are well managed and communicated
Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure alignment with labour regulations, internal policies, and People governance
Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, priorities, timelines, and selection criteria
Ensure adherence to approved hiring plans, budgets, and agreed recruitment processes
Monitor recruitment capacity, pipelines, and KPIs, working closely with the People Experience Team, providing clear updates and insights to stakeholders and support the final phases of the recruitment process, interviewing shortlisted candidates
Education & Skills
7+ years of experience, preferably within international or multicultural organisations
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in HR Business Partnering
Solid knowledge of core HR processes, labour regulations, and HR processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Data-driven mindset, with confidence using HR systems and reporting tools (e.g. Workday or similar)
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
