Description# Support seniors in the implementation of major capacity expansion / technical modification / up gradation programs within the production process to cope up with the increase in line capacity / customer requirements keeping in line with improved standards of quality / safety.
# Coordinate closely with QA and Process engineering team to understand any deviation / aberration in the production process and take necessary actions to correct the issues, if any.
# Monitor the production process and suggest improvements in the working of the machine / improvement in machine cycle speed / reduction of change over time to enhance the capacity utilization of respective lines.
# Maintain harmonious industrial relations by holding continuous dialogue with workers to ensure uninterrupted operations in the unit.
# Monitor adherence to the manufacturing process to achieve throughput yield and desired quality of products .
# Monitor and analyze operational data related to production, operation of plant & machinery to identify pain and priority areas of the production process .
# Implement key process improvement initiatives to be taken-up by the shop-floor (such as ISO, Six Sigma, TPM, PMS, etc.) from time to time by in accordance with organizational guidelines .
