Description

1. Technical Maintenance Support

Assist in routine preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and other plant assets.
Support in troubleshooting electrical equipment faults under supervision.
Help monitor string-level performance, grid parameters, and equipment health.

2. Plant Monitoring & Reporting

Carry out daily plant inspections and log activities systematically.
Record and report any abnormalities to senior engineers.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly generation and performance reports.

3. Safety & Compliance

Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE rules, and plant SOPs.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.

4. Project Support & Learning

Gain hands-on exposure to solar PV systems, high-voltage equipment, and O&M processes.
Assist in module cleaning planning, solar plant housekeeping, and resource management.
Support improvement projects such as plant optimization, performance enhancement, and loss analysis.
