<\/span>What You’ll Do:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs
<\/span><\/li>Present roofing options and solutions to homeowners
<\/span><\/li>Follow up quickly with company -provided leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities
<\/span><\/li>Present financing and warranty options
<\/span><\/li>Manage pipeline, follow -ups, and conversions in CRM
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate with production and permitting teams after sales
<\/span><\/li>Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
<\/span><\/li>Generate additional leads through referrals and self -sourced opportunities.
<\/span><\/li>Deliver dynamic, company -approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
<\/span><\/li>Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
<\/span><\/li>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
<\/span><\/li>Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
