Experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher - The ideal candidate will have experience interacting directly with customers, vendors and service technicians.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Dispatch & Communications
- Scheduling/Workload Awareness
- Purchase Orders
- Ordering Parts
- Prompt, Accurate Processing of Invoicing to Customers
- AP Data Entry
Requirements:
- Must have experience dispatching in the HVAC service field. Plumbing is also preferred but not required.
- Multitasking and good record keeping skills are a plus.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be an excellent communicator, verbal and written between the customer, the office, and other team members.
- Must be a unifying team player with positive influence, energy and behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
