We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP to lead the implementation and integration of a new ERP platform across our portfolio of companies. This new ERP capability will provide core financials and supply chain management (SCM) capabilities for our business operations across solar panel manufacturing, solar field development, luxury airlines, and luxury resort hospitality. The ideal candidate will be driven to accomplish goals along a timeline and will have strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management for ERP implementation — from contract kickoff through deployment, testing, and operational handover.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Finance and Accounting, manufacturing, airline, hospitality, and more) and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
- Guide cross-functional teams through system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance phases.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between our company and vendor project teams to maintain accountability and ensure successful system rollout and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience managing complex ERP implementation projects, ideally in aviation, transportation, hospitality, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP platform integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
- Proven success leading enterprise projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a startup environment — flexible, proactive, and resourceful.
