- Support implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives in line with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Principles & Criteria.
- Coordinate RSPO certification, surveillance audits, and recertification processes.
- Maintain RSPO documentation, traceability records, and supply chain models (IP, SG, MB).
- Collect, analyze, and report sustainability and ESG data (GHG, waste, water, sourcing).
- Support grievance management, risk assessments, and corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on sustainability matters.
- Prepare internal and external sustainability reports and dashboards.
- Support employee training and awareness on RSPO and sustainability standards.
- Assist in employee awareness and training programs on sustainability initiatives.
- Track sustainability KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
- Stay updated on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Bsc in Environmental or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Efficiency, Palm Plantation, or ESG consulting.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, IFC Performance Standards, GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD, etc.
- Strong carbon accounting skills and emissions tracking capability.
- Experience in community relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of RSPO standards and sustainability practices in palm plantations (advantageous).
- Very strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
