Associate Veterinarian– Duluth, MN
An established multi-doctor small animal hospital is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and high-performing medical team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor with a strong interest in surgery and dentistry who values clinical excellence, mentorship, and teamwork in a well-equipped environment.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Perform routine and elective surgical procedures, including dentistry

Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results

Educate clients on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans

Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high standards of patient care

Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
-
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure in the state)

Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and client education abilities

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Interest or experience in surgery and dentistry preferred
