Role Purpose
Lead the global ESG and environmental sustainability agenda, integrating compliance, reporting, and performance improvements across all business units. The role functions as a T-shaped global HSE leader: equipped with full baseline HSE Manager capability and deep specialty expertise in ESG strategy, environmental governance, and sustainability programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee environmental performance governance (emissions, waste, water, etc.).
- Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, and reporting (Internal& External ESG reporting).
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impacts and strengthen sustainability performance.
- Support BU teams on environmental risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Digital & Analytics to build ESG dashboards and performance insights.
- Ensure alignment with global standards, customer requirements, and industry expectations.
Core Deliverables
Global ESG & Sustainability Framework, Annual ESG Report & KPI Dashboard, Environmental Governance Program, Emissions and Environmental Performance Targets, Sustainability Improvement Initiatives and Sustainability Improvement Initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, HSE, or related field.
- 10–12+ years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management.
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and environmental governance background.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
