Specialist Stakeholder Engagement – AD Group Health & Sustainability
There is an exciting interim 10-month opportunity (full-time) to work in the AD Group Health & Sustainability team and help support priority topics across Ahold Delhaize. 7. This role reports to the Manager Stakeholder Engagement.
The role is varied and you can expect to work on a wide range of topics. For this assignment you will be expected to:
• Lead the engagement with ESG ratings and benchmarks (Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS, CDP): respond to data requests, analyze improvement potential, prepare updated action plan, etc.
• Execute the update of the Double Materiality Assessment for AD to update material sustainability topics
• Support further development of the Healthy Future Academy (a Health & Sustainability learning program) for example the roll-out in brands and scaling this learning program at Group and in the regions
• Support with preparation of quarterly H&S Leadership Community meetings and the annual face-to-face offsite
• Analyze peers in the industry on their H&S targets, performance and initiatives, collecting insights and advising leadership
• Support internal and external H&S communications and stakeholder events
• Support Manager Stakeholder Engagement with ad hoc requests

• Demonstrated project management experience
• Drive, passion and (some) knowledge of health & sustainability
• Willingness to embrace ambiguity and variety in tasks
• Collaborative team player who wants to work in a diverse international environment
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Availability for the entire period, 32–40 hours per week, and the ability to be present in Zaandam for at least 60% of the time
• Based in Europe and if located outside the Netherlands, willing to move for a 10-month period
