Role & Responsibility
In this role, you will support the Contract Management team in ensuring strong governance, structured documentation, and seamless coordination across multiple major contract packages. You will play a key part in the preparation, administration, and progression of approval workflows in a multi-contracting environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the preparation and submission of formal decision documentation in alignment with internal governance and Delegation of Authority requirements.
- Ensuring decision materials are pre-aligned with internal stakeholders to minimise workflow rejections and avoid repeated approval cycles.
- Supporting the administration of invoices, variations, claims, purchase orders, logistics, negotiation mandates, and optionality decisions across major packages.
- Managing structured documentation in document management systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and full traceability.
- Coordinating with cost control, legal, and other functional teams to complete mandatory compliance steps prior to document approval.
- Facilitating communication across multiple interdependent contract packages, supporting interface alignment and information flow.
- Assisting with administrative requirements arising from increased contractor responsibilities and expanded project scopes.
- Supporting cross package coordination related to supply, installation, testing, consultancy, and other contract categories.
- Contributing to interface management in environments with new infrastructure elements and enhanced coordination needs.
- Helping the team manage compressed execution schedules by tracking administrative deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Providing day-to-day support to Contract Managers on governance, documentation, and internal alignment activities.
- 1-3 years in working experience, fresh graduates to be considered if candidate shows high potential with good cultural fit.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking structured, proactive, and motivated contract administration professionals who share our vision and are excited by the challenges of working within a rapidly expanding international business.
Ideally, you will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Experience in a similar contract administration or commercial support role, preferably within a matrix organisation.
- Some familiarity with major infrastructure or energy projects.
- Some experience working within governance frameworks, approval workflows, and structured documentation processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A methodical and detail driven approach to working in high-volume documentation environments.
- The ability to support cross functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous administrative processes.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
