About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven Channel Sales Executive<\/b> to drive the growth of our solar product portfolio<\/b> by expanding the dealer and distributor network<\/b> and building strong relationships with channel partners. The role involves field sales, dealer engagement, and market development<\/b> to increase adoption of solar solutions.<\/p>
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development
<\/h3>
Drive sales growth of solar products<\/b> through dealer engagement, distributor training, and customer interactions.
<\/p><\/li>
Expand the dealer and distributor network<\/b> by onboarding high -potential partners from the solar and electrical industry.
<\/p><\/li>
Build long -term relationships with channel partners to ensure the brand remains their preferred solar solution provider<\/b>.

Dealer & Distributor Engagement
<\/h3>
Conduct daily market visits (minimum 10 retail shops / dealers / distributors)<\/b> to promote solar products.
<\/p><\/li>
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Convert leads into active dealers and channel partners<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Negotiate with dealers and distributors to position the company as their preferred solar brand<\/b>.

Sales Operations
<\/h3>
Prepare and share customized quotations<\/b> for solar product orders.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain 30 -day stock availability<\/b> with channel partners for smooth order fulfillment.
<\/p><\/li>
Track distributor stock movement and secondary / tertiary sales<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Update daily visits, leads, and sales activities<\/b> in the company’s sales application.

Relationship Management
<\/h3>
Respond quickly to dealer queries and support requirements<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct dealer training programs and meetings<\/b> to improve product knowledge and trust.

Strengthen long -term relationships with channel partners<\/b> to drive repeat business<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Eligibility & Requirements

Education:<\/b> Any Graduate
<\/p><\/li>
Experience:<\/b> 1–5 years in Solar Sales / Channel Sales / Electrical Product Sales<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar systems<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Comfortable with extensive field travel<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Self -motivated, target -driven<\/b>, and passionate about renewable energy<\/b>
