Your day -to -day duties will include working with the technical sales team, coordinate schedules, arranging BERs and Technical Assessments. As the first point of contact for the Company a history with phone and email correspondence is key. Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Answer inbound phone calls from homeowners and industry professionals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Advise customers on how to begin their home energy upgrade journey.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Explain available grants, eligibility criteria, and the application process in a clear and accessible way.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Working closely with industry professionals such as BER assessors, Builders, Architects etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Guide callers on next steps, including internal handovers to relevant teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers feel informed and supported.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Accurately log customer information, and outcomes in internal systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Stay up to date with changes to grants, energy upgrade offerings, and internal processes.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>Skills & Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Strong communication and phone -based customer service skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Ability to explain technical or process -driven information in simple terms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Organised, detail -oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Confident using CRM systems or internal databases (training provided).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or home energy efficiency (desirable).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Previous experience in customer service, advisory, call handling, or similar roles is an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
